Srixon Japan introduces the new Z725 Forged Driver. It features a forged Super TIX 51AF titanium face for a solid and consistent feel across the entire face. It has a compact 425cc head with a square face angle to promote workability and a square alighment over the ball. It is ideal for players looking for a large hitting area without giving up any control over the head. It has a deep face design for added forgiveness high and low on the face, which is preferred my many athlete golfers and professionals. The sole features 3 strategically placed tunign weights which help stabolize and balance the head throughout impact. The weights also allows the center of gravity to stay low to add extra forgiveness and promote maximum carry. The face is divided into 3 main thickness areas. The center area is measure at 3.45mm, the high toe and low heel at 1.95mm and low heel and high heel at 2.15mm. This variation allows the head to maximize feel on the well struck shots while being very forgiveing for distance and feel when it is hit off center. The driver comes in 45 inches and D3 swing weight.
Another feature of the new driver is the new Miyazaki Kena shaft which comes stock. It is a light weight, low torque shaft designed for stability and acceleration through the swing. The Kena Blue6 model on this driver is designed with a firm tip to add stability to promote a straight flight. It is designed to produce a mid trajectory with low spin. It is designed to stay stable on aggressive swings and provide a consistend feedback to the hands.
The Z725 has a second standard shaft option which is the SV-3026J graphite by Miyazaki. This shaft was put in place by request of many Srixon staff professionals on the Senior Japan Tour. It is a super light weigh shaft at 55 grams and designed to produce a mid trajectory. It is made to absorb vibration and be very easy on the hands.
Available in 8.5, 9.5 or 10.5 degrees loft and in S/R, S or X flex in Kena graphite or S or S/R flex in the SV-3026J graphite. Please note that the SV graphite is considered a special order and may take a few extra days to ship.
